The time in Chiang Mai was a wonderful experience. Leaving Chiang Mai felt like saying goodbye to friends. Thank you so much for this! And of course for all you showed me - including that wonderful camera! When looking at the pictures I took with the Sony I can see how much it improved only during that 1 day! I love it! The colours are as wonderful as they really are in Chiang Mai. It's great looking at it back home in Germany at 1,5°C.

I hope to see you soon in Heidelberg!

Just wanted to say hi and let you know that I really enjoyed our past excursions and look forward to doing it again.

it was an honor to be in such great company.  I have photos that will last a lifetime to prove it.  Your natural abilities as a teacher and photographer are impressive.

Also, thank you for the honor of being a Distinguished Member.  I am proudly showing and displaying my card to my co-workers here in Iraq as I explain the great time that I had.

Having the opportunity for me to join in with the many IPOT trips K. Gett organised was a great pleasure. Each trip was different and varied. Each trip was well planned and there were many great locations and situations for photographs. The accommodation, food and transport was always very good even though sometimes we had to remain flexible due to local conditions, but this only added more adventure to the journey. K. Gett, K. Oi and all their staff were  fantastic hosts in every way.

The places we went and the things we saw on each trip were well suited to everyone who was joining the trip - no matter how long they have been in Thailand. I have traveled many places in the north of Thailand and was still able to go new places and discover new things because of the extensive local connections K. Gett and Oi have. The variety of places - villages, lakes, mountain farms, Royal Projects - provided many interesting locations for making photographs. I particularly enjoyed the time we spent at Doi Tao lake and at Doi Inthanon National Park.

I very much enjoyed the interaction with other photographers and it was always great to have a mixture of Thai and farang along on the trips. I have made some good and lasting friendships with people I have met. K. Gett and K. Oi and their staff were always very careful to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. Sometimes as plans had to change due to circumstances outside their control, they always communicated well with us and ensured everyone was good to proceed with the new plan. It was good to see them coaching and encouraging the less experienced photographers and to have them set up photo opportunities at different times.

Over all the experience of joining these trips has been most positive for me and I hope I will have the opportunity to join more trips in the future.

Thanks K. Gett and K. Oi for making it such a great time.
